They fully understand all the capabilities of your system. An example of this is unassigned coaching events. They will use the fact that you have a safety inbox full of alerts and have taken no action on them against you.

This is a good reminder to establish a system or process to ensure that every alert is reviewed and addressed appropriately within your system, even if it is just dismissing all the non-coachable events.
